About the workshops
The No Fuss Sourdough workshop is a relaxed, 90-minute, hands-on session designed to make sourdough feel simple and achievable.
You’ll be guided step by step through the whole process—from feeding a sourdough starter to mixing and shaping dough—so you can clearly see how it all comes together. Kirsty breaks everything down in a simple, easy-to-follow way, focusing only on what truly matters.
While there’s no baking on site, Kirsty brings dough at different stages of fermentation so you can see, feel, and understand each step. You’ll learn how to shape your dough and prepare it for baking at home, with plenty of time for questions along the way.
A freshly baked sourdough loaf is shared during the workshop so you can taste the end result and connect the process to the finished bread. Throughout the session, Kirsty shares her favourite tips, practical shortcuts, and gut-health insights—helping you understand not just how to make sourdough, but why it works and how to fit it into real life.
You’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and ready to bake sourdough without the fuss.

Why us?
There are plenty of sourdough workshops out there, but No Fuss Sourdough is different.
These workshops are designed for real people with real lives. Maybe you’ve tried sourdough before and felt overwhelmed or like you were doing it “wrong” — or maybe you’ve been put off by how complicated it all looks. If that sounds like you, this is exactly who these workshops are for.
Kirsty has stripped sourdough back to the essentials. You’ll learn the bare minimum needed to make great bread — no complicated schedules, no unnecessary techniques, and no rigid rules that don’t fit everyday life.
What truly sets No Fuss Sourdough apart is the “why” behind the bread. As a qualified naturopath specialising in gut health, Kirsty explains why sourdough can be easier to digest, how ingredients affect your health, and how to make better choices when baking and cooking.
The workshops are small, hands-on, and supportive. You’ll see the process, ask questions along the way, and leave feeling confident rather than overwhelmed.
Most importantly, No Fuss Sourdough is about sustainability: baking bread that fits your lifestyle, supports your health, and actually gets made, week after week.
