Workshop Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (7 Days Notice Required)
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date.
With 7+ days notice, you may:
Transfer your booking to another available workshop date, or
Receive a credit to use toward a future workshop.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.
Failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of your payment.
3. Transferring Your Ticket
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
You must notify us of the name change at least 24 hours before the workshop.
4. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
A transfer to another workshop date.
We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
5. Participant Responsibility
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instruction.
You agree to follow all safety and hygiene instructions provided during the workshop.
Participation is at your own risk.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Workshops may involve wheat/gluten and other common allergens.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any severe allergies prior to attending.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of these images unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.
Standard cancellation terms still apply to voucher bookings.
